Contracts Manager

Our client is an established and growing construction contractor delivering high-quality Design & Build, Groundworks, Brickwork and Blockwork projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior management team.

The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on programme and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead project teams and site management staff.
• Monitor programme performance, budgets and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure all health & safety requirements are met.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Support business growth through repeat business and new opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of Design & Build projects.
• Excellent commercial awareness and leadership skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project teams.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• £75,000 - £80,000 Basic Salary
