Contracts Manager Tiling and Specialist Flooring Location: North East England Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client, an established tiling contractor operating across the North East of England, is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. Specialising in commercial tiling projects, the business works across a range of sectors, delivering high-quality installations to main contractors, developers and commercial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and organised construction professional to take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. We are seeking someone with a strong background in tiling, specialist subcontracting or a related construction trade, who can confidently manage contracts from initial handover through to final account. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple tiling contracts across the region. You will act as the key link between site teams, clients, main contractors and the company''s commercial and operational functions. Key responsibilities will include: Managing multiple commercial tiling contracts from award through to completion.
