Contracts Manager

A specialist roofing and cladding contractor operating across Scotland is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to lead projects in the West of Scotland. Much of the work takes place on secure, restricted-access sites, where entry is controlled, standards are exacting and there is little room for error. Relatively few contractors can operate in this space, making it a distinctive and rewarding area to build your career. Packages cover felt and flat roofing, built-up systems, single ply, aluminium standing seam and rainscreen cladding, delivered for main contractors and direct clients. If you have managed envelope works in secure or sensitive environments before, you will already know the discipline these sites demand around access, programme and compliance, and that experience will be genuinely valued here. You will take full ownership of your contracts from award through to final account, leading site teams daily and holding commercial, programme and quality responsibility.
