Role overview

A successful Contract Manager will demonstrate a strong desire to manage and lead people implementing KPI and SLA adherence. They must have attention to detail alongside the ability to determine and manage any risks. You will be responsible for accurate setup which will be measured through team QA and revenue assurance measures. Our ideal candidate has previous experience leading a team, data and contract reconciliation. Experience working with both legal and finance functions and is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use.Key Tasks

Support, monitor and drive team performance in line with SLA’sLead the team to process all contract orders and working closely with other teams in the business to ensure they are put through in a timely mannerData guardian for the business ensuring accurate capture before contract mobilisationGovern and administrate the setting up of new contracts and amending existing contracts on renewal/upgrades to ensure correct billing requirementTerminating or suspending customer contractsAccurately managing contract terminations and suspensionsHR line management responsibilities in line with company policies and proceduresCoordinate ad-hoc projects as required including customer mobilisationResolve complex and non-complex customer queriesContract and revenue reconciliations with support from the finance functionUnderstand revenue and cash impacts of team outputsCriteria

Understanding Order to cash process, including inter-team collaborations and multi-system usagePeople management including performance management, coaching and developmentCollaboration skills across finance, operational, commercial and legal teamsData driven with strong analytical and excel skills and an understanding of basic accounting principles.Understanding of Continuous Improvements methods to drive operational excellence across Order to Cash processExperience is a governance role.Experience

Experience of performance management including managing under-performance as well as developing and empowering talent.Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, with the capability to maximise use of management information to drive performance.Experience measuring quality and accuracy and identifying and fixing issues proactively.Experience in a fast-paced environment with varying contract typesExperience in contract book reconciliationExperience coaching wider colleagues on accurate submission and implementing continuous improvement strategies.Contract administration historyExperience of identifying process improvements(the way you think and act)
