Contracts Manager - new build alterations – Ipswich and surrounding areas. £75,000 to £85,000 plus package. Our client is a respected contractor specialising in commercial projects, with a portfolio comprising 50% new build developments and 50% refurbishment and alteration works. Their projects span hospitals, hotels, schools, and heritage buildings, with a strong presence across Ipswich and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent appointment to support growth and an expanding workload.Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management of multiple projects simultaneously.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Oversee site teams, project managers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Uphold and promote the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.Candidate Requirements

Demonstrable experience in managing multiple commercial new build and refurbishment projects.Proven leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.Strong financial and contractual management skills.Excellent knowledge of construction processes and health and safety procedures.A valid SMSTS card.A valid CSCS card.Offer
