INFORM3 RECRUITMENTContracts ManagerJob Location: NISector: CivilsINFORM3 are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager for civils project based in Belfast and NI.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to adapt to various situations and use their initiative to oversee the project from start to finish. The candidate will work for a client that has an extensive number of years within the Civil Engineering Industry and is regarded as having a highly knowledgeable team.Contracts Manager Responsibilities:Report regularly to the DirectorsCoordinate and manage each project ensuring that requirements and deadlines are achievedManage Project Managers and Site Management teamsDelegate work appropriately through effective communicationSelect sub-contractor teamsAttend each project regularly, checking on progress and qualityGather regular reports from Site ManagementConduct regular meetings with Site ManagementBe the point of contact for the Client making sure that all their requirements are exceededBe the point of contact for emergency situationsEnsure that every site member is adhered to a strict code of health and safetyAttend Senior Management meetingsContracts Manager Requirements:Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree10 years plus experienceAble to multi-task and work to deadlinesAble to work individually and manage several civil teamsExtremely motivated and hardworkingExpert analytical and decision-making skillsTechnical and practical knowledge of the Civil Engineering industryFull understanding of current Health and Safety legislation and regulationConfident in the use of Microsoft OfficeFull Driving LicenseThe client understands the value of high-level work and are therefore willing to offer candidates an excellent package in return.For any more information on the role, please don’t hesitate to contact
