The role will oversee works across London and the South East, with occasional projects in Norfolk, delivering contracts predominantly within the social housing sector for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and other public-sector clients. The position will have a particular focus on painting and decorating, cyclical decorations, general planned maintenance and property refurbishment, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple contracts and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Previous Contracts Management experience within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment is essential for this position, alongside strong experience delivering painting/decorating and/or general planned maintenance contracts.
