Contracts Manager

Location: Central London
Hays Facilities Management are delighted to be working with a leading FM and Building Services organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of a prestigious Hard Services FM contract in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven FM professional with a strong building services background to take ownership of contract performance, compliance, client relationships and operational delivery across a high-profile portfolio.Your New RoleAs Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, budget expectations and operational KPIs.Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing directly employed engineering and building services teams.
• Ensuring contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Overseeing all Hard Services FM operations, maintenance programmes and compliance activities.
• Driving Health & Safety, environmental and quality performance across the contract.
• Managing resource planning, recruitment and workforce requirements.
• Leading client meetings, audits and performance reviews.
• Managing risk registers, F-Gas compliance and asset replacement programmes.
• Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.

What You''ll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 5 years'' experience managing Hard Services FM contracts.
• Strong technical understanding of building services engineering.
• Previous experience managing commercial office environments or multi-site portfolios.
• Experience leading engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, H&S legislation and FM best practice.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant technical and/or management qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, HNC/HND, IWFM or equivalent desirable).
