Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in facade remediation, cladding replacement, fire safety works, and building envelope projects

We are working with a leading specialist contractor delivering high-profile remediation schemes across London and the South East. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Contracts Manager to oversee multiple façade remediation projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of several remediation schemes, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple façade remediation and cladding replacement projects across London.
• Manage Site Managers, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works comply with current fire safety regulations and remediation requirements.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Drive health & safety standards across all sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, residents, and stakeholders.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular project reporting.
• Work collaboratively with commercial and pre-construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within façade remediation, cladding, external envelope, or major refurbishment projects.
• Asta experience essential. 
• Strong understanding of remediation works and current building safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on programme delivery.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
