Contracts Manager

Contract Manager Groundworks and Civils Location: Essex Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Type: Permanent We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join an established Groundworks and Civils team, overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a key management position responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of multiple projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, site teams and senior management. Key Responsibilities Manage projects across programme, cost, quality, health and safety and client satisfaction Plan, programme and monitor projects from commencement to completion Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Monitor project costs, variations, budgets and commercial performance Attend tender handovers and pre-start meetings Manage procurement and material reconciliation Monitor and maintain high HandS and environmental standards Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues effectively Provide regular progress and commercial reports to senior management About You 10+ years'' construction experience, ideally within Groundworks and Civils Strong understanding of construction processes, HandS legislation and industry best practice Experience managing multiple projects and teams Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Black CSCS or CCDO ..... full job details .....
