Contracts Manager

My client is a World Leading, Tier 1 Construction Company.They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Southwest Civils team, supporting the successful delivery and growth of their highways and civil engineering portfolio across the Bristol and Gloucester regions. This is a key leadership role focused on both winning and delivering projects through established framework agreements and competitive tenders. Working closely with our pre-construction, planning and operational teams, you will play a critical role in shaping project delivery strategies, securing new work, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. The role will oversee multiple projects valued between 1 million and 15 million, managing delivery teams and ensuring successful outcomes for clients including local authorities and framework partners.DutiesLead the delivery of highways and civil engineering projects across the Bristol and Gloucester region.Manage and oversee up to three projects simultaneously, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives are achieved.Support the business in securing new work through framework opportunities and competitive tender submissions.Work collaboratively with Pre-Construction and Planning teams to develop robust delivery strategies and project solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and supply chain partners.Provide leadership, direction and ..... full job details .....
