Contracts Manager

I am currently recruiting for an experienced and hands on Contracts Manager for a main contractor based in Bournemouth. They turnover IRO -17.5million with projects ranging from vehicle retail (new build & refurbishment), Healthcare and Commercial, with projects valued to -6million.- At present, alongside the current Contracts Manager, the Managing Director is involved with overseeing contracts and is now looking to concentrating on other areas of the business. You will be overseeing 2/3 projects at any one time, all with an experienced standalone Project Manager based on each.

They have a firm client base of repeat work and full order book for 2026. They are looking for someone who is experienced but the background takes a slight back seat as fitting into the team is of the upmost importance. It is small friendly team who work very well together.
