Contracts Manager

This is a key position within the Asset Management team and will be responsible for the delivery of an annual investment plan across the business''s- property portfolio with an emphasis on maintaing the Decent Homes Standard.

Key Responsibilities will include;

To deliver capital improvements on time, within budget to quality standard. This could includeDecent Homes, Aids & Adaptations and other- investment projects.

Ensure effective procurement and contract management of contractors by leading compliant and value-driven procurement processes, negotiating robust contract terms and overseeing contactor performand and delivery.
