Contracts Manager - High-End Residential Landscaping - CotswoldsOur client is a specialist landscaping contractor delivering high-end residential garden refurbishments across the West Midlands and Cotswold region, and is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of projects worth up to a few million each.You don''t need a landscaping background for this role. The Site Managers and site teams bring the technical know-how. What the business needs is someone with a strong contractual grip who can run projects commercially, manage demanding private clients and keep delivery on track.Key ResponsibilitiesTake contractual ownership of multiple garden refurbishment projects from pre-start through to handoverReview contracts and manage variations, notices and change controlWork alongside the commercial team on valuations, cost reports and final accountsLead and support Site Managers to deliver on programme, budget and qualityAct as the main point of contact for clients, architects, garden designers and consultantsMaintain HandS, compliance and documentation across all sitesThe Ideal Contracts Manager will have:Strong contractual experienceA background in high-end residential, super-prime or similar quality-driven workExperience overseeing projects up to a few million in valueConfidence managing private clients and their professional teamsLandscaping experience is a bonus but not essentialJob DetailsStart date: NovemberLocation: West Midlands and ..... full job details .....
