Contracts Manager - Retail Fit-Out and Joinery Location: Bristol (Office-Based) with UK-Wide Site Visits Salary £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Car Allowance or Company Van The Company Our client is a well-established specialist fit-out and joinery contractor delivering fast-track retail projects for a range of high-profile clients across the UK. Their portfolio includes leading retail and leisure brands. Due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Bristol office and play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple fast-paced retail fit-out projects. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple retail fit-out and joinery projects simultaneously, typically ranging in value from £50,000 to £200,000. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing several live projects at once.
