We are seeking a proactive and organised Program Manager to lead the coordination, implementation, and quality assurance of our planned maintenance and compliance works across our property portfolio. You will form part of the Senior team and be responsible for both site staff and on-field engineers.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all planned programsProvide weekly and monthly reports both internally and externally to all existing clientsManage resources to deliver planned daily/weekly and monthly workProfessionally meet with clients and the supply chain, managing communication between partiesManage KPI’s to an acceptable standard including internal and client sideProvide support on claims, queries and variations to claimsAssist in the procurement of suppliers and sub-contractorsWork with your team to prepare accurate and prudent cost-value analysisUphold Data Protection Policies
Qualifications and Experience
Degree or HND/HNC in Construction, Building surveying, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in managing planned or maintenance programs within housing, local government, education, or commercial sectorsKnowledge of building regulations, compliance, and health and safety legislation (e.g. CDM 2015, Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety)Full UK Driving LicenseExperience in compliance or planning managementSenior client relationship management
