Contracts Manager

Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of complex projects across Europe,

ASEE Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Contracts Manager to join our team. Based primarily at our

headquarters in Newry , this role will involve

regular travel to our sites across Europe .We are looking for a motivated leader with the ability to

oversee multiple projects , manage cross-functional teams, and maintain high-quality standards, all while meeting critical programme and commercial goals.Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee

multiple construction and engineering projects

across Europe from inception to completion • Take full

commercial and financial responsibility for each contract •

Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial and site operations • Liaise with

clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met • Manage and coordinate all labour resources and

project execution activities

• Ensure compliance with

quality, health and safety, and regulatory standards

• Monitor and report on

project progress, budgets and KPIs

• Implement best practice project controls and

problem-solving frameworks

to meet deadlines • Deliver

clear and timely communication to all internal and external stakeholdersQualifications/Experience:

A minimum of

5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or MandE industry

A relevant

Engineering Degree or technical qualification (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

Proven ability to

manage multiple sites and project teams simultaneously

Experience working in

fast-paced, international environments

Excellent

leadership, communication and organisational skills

Strong

commercial acumen and understanding of project cost management

Ability to travel across Europe frequentlyMEP or data centre experience is highly advantageous

A solution-focused mindset with the ability to lead under pressure

Familiarity with

contractual frameworks and risk management processes

Confident with tools such as
