Contracts Manager

Join a dynamic 15m turnover enabling contractor delivering complex strip-out, structural alterations, demolition, groundworks and ground investigation packages. We are seeking a technically proficient Contracts Manager, ideally based in the Thames Valley Region, to manage multiple concurrent schemes across the South of the UK. You will oversee project programming, resource allocation, subcontractor management and compliance with all HandS and quality standards, ensuring works are executed to specification, on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the willingness to get involved on site.
