Contracts Manager - MAINTENANCE

CJS are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in Retail Roofing-to manage and oversee large projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all contract obligations are met from pre-construction through to completion, with a sharp focus on quality, budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of contracts involved
• Manage end to-end project lifecycles, ensuring all works are carried out to specification, on time, and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, onsite staff-and internal teams to align expectations and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle all contractual documentation including variations, claims, extensions, and final accounts.
• Provide technical advice and solutions where required to resolve challenges on site.
• Ensure full compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years'' experience in a Contracts Manager role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering-commercial/retail projects
• Excellent understanding of contracts-
• Excellent communication skills-
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
