This role is crucial within the retail division and involves significant responsibility in supporting and enhancing the organisation''s talent acquisition strategy.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver efficient recruitment solutions
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Utilising various sourcing techniques to attract top talent within the retail sector
• Conducting initial candidate screenings and coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends within the FMCG industry
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Supporting the HR team with various recruitment-related activities as needed

• Experience in resourcing or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
