What You''ll Be Doing
Take full ownership of contract sales development across the UK and Ireland
Identify and convert new business opportunities in BTR, PBSA, leisure, and housing sectors
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, developers, and industry influencers
Develop and execute a 5-year growth strategy with clear go-to-market plans and performance tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
Manage multiple projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and critical paths
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform product development and strategic decisions
Deliver monthly reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior leadership
What We''re Looking For
Proven experience in senior sales or business development within the contract furniture sector
Strong understanding of project-based sales and the full product lifecycle
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organised with strong reporting and planning capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland, with occasional overnight stays
Full UK driving licence (clean, with no pending convictions)
