Contract Manager

Your New CompanyWe are working with a well-established Regional contractor based in London. With a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality projects in both the residential and commercial sectors, the company is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee live projects and play a key role in project delivery. Projects range 100k to 15m and new build to refurb internals and externals.Your New RoleAs the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing 3-5 live projects, working closely with a Quantity Surveyor to ensure successful delivery. The projects can be both new build and refurbishment schemes across residential and commercial properties, and again traditional or design and build (DandB).You will: Lead project delivery from inception to completion across multiple sites Coordinate site visits and client communication to maintain quality and timelines Ensure works are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards Liaise closely with supply chain partners and subcontractors Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal proceduresThis is an office-based role with regular site visits as required.
