Contracts Manager - Facilities ManagementLocation: Redcar Salary: 60,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance + BenefitsOur client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a long-standing PFI contract.The contract covers multiple large commercial buildings with a contract value of approximately 4m. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services across the contract, ensuring performance, service standards and client expectations are consistently met.You will be responsible for driving contract performance, managing client relationships, leading the site team and helping to improve and stabilise the account.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall management of the PFI contract across sitesManage contract performance, KPIs and service deliveryBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsWork closely with the Finance Manager on budgets, commercial performance Identify areas for improvement and drive operational standardsEnsure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirementsRequirementsPrevious PFI experience is essentialStrong Hard Services / technical FM backgroundPrevious experience managing large or complex FM contractsStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsCommercial awareness and experience working with budgetsConfident managing teams and improving contract performancePackage 60,000 salaryCompany car or car ..... full job details .....
