Contract ManagerLocation: Murton, County Durham (Predominantly Site-Based) Rate: 550/day Inside IR35 Start: Immediate Contract: Long-Term Contract OpportunityThe RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support the delivery of a major EPC infrastructure project based in Murton, County Durham.This role will be responsible for the management and administration of complex engineering and construction contracts, ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting successful project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with project and commercial teams, providing expert contractual guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and administer contractual obligations under an amended FIDIC EPC 2017 contract.Provide contractual and commercial support to project delivery teams.Manage contract correspondence, notifications, change control, variations and claims.Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.Support dispute avoidance and resolution activities.Ensure contractual compliance throughout project execution.Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients and supply chain partners on contractual matters.Provide strategic contractual advice to support project objectives.RequirementsExtensive experience in Contract Management within engineering, infrastructure, utilities, energy or construction sectors.Strong knowledge of FIDIC EPC contracts, particularly FIDIC EPC 2017.Good understanding of NEC contracts. ..... full job details .....
