This interim role focuses on managing contracts covering responsive repairs, disrepair claims, damp and mould cases, and voids. The successful candidate will have a solid background in social housing maintenance and contractor performance management, with a clear focus on quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance contractsTake the lead on disrepair case management, including liaison with legal teams and surveying staffManage damp and mould issues from investigation through to resolution, ensuring timely and appropriate responsesCoordinate the voids programme, ensuring efficient turnaround and compliance with lettable standardsMonitor contractor performance through KPIs, quality inspections, and service reviewsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, external contractors, and residentsEnsure compliance with health and safety legislation, housing standards, and relevant regulatory requirementsPrepare reports and contribute to service improvements across the repairs and maintenance functionCandidate ProfileSubstantial experience as a Contract Manager or Repairs Manager within social ..... full job details .....
