Contracts Manager - FM Service Provider - Central London - up to 60,000 Are you a Contracts Manager looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? GH Engage are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to work across a commercial static site in the City of London. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial/residential maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Contracts Manager currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Contract Management looking after the full PandL and a medium sized team across a commercial portfolio. In return the company are offering a salary up to 65,000 with a Bonus and training and development. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Looking after the full financial and delivery responsibility of the Contract with a PandL and Extra works value of up to 2million.
