The Role We''re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support our Operations Team and lead on building refurbishment contracts ensuring performance, safety, quality and profitability targets are met. You''ll manage directly employed operatives and subcontractors, ensuring that works are completed on time, to specification, and to the Companies high standards. The role combines operational delivery, client management and people leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Responsibilities Lead the operational delivery of planned, building refurbishment contracts. Manage and motivate teams of operatives and subcontractors to achieve KPIs, quality, compliance and safety targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and internal stakeholders. Oversee contract performance, financial results, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
