The role This Contract Management Executive role sits in the Support and Delivery team, reporting to the Customer Operations Manager. You''ll process Contract Award Forms, manage supplier registrations, and handle contract value queries. It''s a structured, methodical role where accuracy and consistency directly support how the business operates. You''ll: Process Contract Award Forms and follow up on any outstanding supplier responses Manage customer and supplier queries through Salesforce case management Ensure supplier registrations are accurate and complete before handover to onboarding Support accounts with contract value and invoice queries, escalating where needed Keep engagement records up to date for full team visibility Act as escalation point for frontline account queries and customer issues Support with sending contracts for the sales team where applicable.
