Ensure the delivery of quality social care services by contract compliance and monitoring of all services commissioned and purchased by Adult Social Care. To oversee, monitor and review the operation of ASC related support contracts, SLAs and grants delivered by external providers, to promote service user independence. To develop and maintain a programme of reviews to ensure that providers and service delivery meets or exceeds target performance indicators. To work with providers, and stakeholders to ensure contracts deliver high quality, innovative support services to meet the needs of target ASC service user groups within Merton. To ensure effective systems are developed and maintained to measure provider performance, service value for money, and delivery of service user outcomes.
