STIBO STEP PIM system

from on-premise to a modern SaaS architecture. This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with enterprise-scale migrations.Tech Environment

Architect and lead the end-to-end migration of STIBO STEP to SaaSCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align on integration, customisation, and roadmapChampion microservices and event-driven architectureTranslate technical complexity into business-friendly insights for senior stakeholdersManage engineering teams through full product lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence and operational stabilityDrive adoption of Elite DORA metrics and engineering best practicesMust-Haves

10+ years in software engineering, 5+ in leadership rolesProven experience with STIBO STEP and enterprise SaaS migrationsStrong technical depth across Java, microservices, and cloud-native toolingExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsInterested?
