Building Services, Fabric, and Health and Safety . Duties include:Manage and review operational procedures and processesManage project and fit-out worksReview and manage performance of service partnersOversee service partners'' delivery of day-to-day operationsOversee design, planning, and execution of project worksEnsure overall site compliance with legislation and statutory requirementsThe successful candidate will work closely with the Operations team to uphold strict financial operating disciplines, manage service charge expenditure, and ensure all procedures are compliant with legislation and corporate policies.There is an opportunity to get involved in other developments if the opportunity arises.
