Your new company You''ll be joining a local organisation based in south Bristol.Work PatternShift patterns consisting of08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 11:00 to 19:00, 12:00 to 20:00One weekend in every 3 weeks, weekend days to be taken in lieu Hybrid available for weekend and late shiftsYour new role Handle inbound customer calls, providing clear, professional, and friendly support.Log all customer interactions accurately and promptly within the required CRM and call logging systems.Create, update, and resolve customer cases following internal processes and service-level expectations.Work across multiple systems to gather information, troubleshoot issues, and process customer requests.Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure all follow up actions are recorded and tracked.You will not be strictly timed on breaks however lunch break will be on a rota.What you''ll need to succeed Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, or helpdesk environment.Strong ability to use multiple software systems simultaneously, such as CRMs, ticketing tools, or case management platforms.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.High level of accuracy and attention to detail when logging information and managing cases.Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.What you need to do now If you''re interested in this role, click ..... full job details .....
