Inbound Call Centre Advisor – Filton
- Start: 30th March
- Salary: £34,376 per annum Annual Discretionary Bonus
- Hours: Shifts between 8:30am – 6:15pm (Monday – Friday) 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm)
- 38 hours per week

- Deliver high-quality customer service across inbound channels
- Handle customer queries professionally and empathetically
- Work flexibly across service areas
- Take ownership of customer calls and resolutions
- Exceed customer expectations wherever possible
- Work collaboratively within a large contact centre team

- Previous customer facing experience (phone or in-person)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Reliability and professionalism
