Consultant Psychiatrist - Addictions Psychiatry

Pertemps Medical are seeking to appoint a Locum Consultant Psychiatrist with experience in Addictions/Substance Misuse Psychiatry to support our client based in North London. Essential Requirements

Must hold GMC Licence to Practice (desirable - on specialist register with endorsement in Substance Misuse)Right to work in the UK and minimum 6 months UK experience at the same grade or similarSection 12 Approval and AC status (desirable)

Responsibilities

Conduct high quality assessments including relevant psychiatric and physical investigations and evidence-based treatment interventions for service users with substance misuse issuesProvide clinical supervision to prescribing staff
