Construction Solicitor

A growing London law firm is seeking a Construction Solicitor to join its expanding Construction team in Farringdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2-4 PQE Solicitor to develop a broad construction practice with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters.Working closely with Partners and experienced fee earners, you will advise a diverse client base across construction, real estate, development and related commercial projects. The role offers significant responsibility, direct client contact and genuine opportunities for career progression.The Construction Solicitor''s RoleDrafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT and NECSupporting construction due diligence for real estate, development and finance transactionsDrafting and reviewing collateral warranties, professional appointments, sub-contracts and ancillary documentsAdvising on live construction projects, contractual interpretation and risk managementSupporting contentious matters including adjudication, arbitration, litigation and TCC proceedingsConducting legal research and preparing commercially focused adviceManaging relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, lenders and other stakeholdersWorking collaboratively with Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Dispute Resolution and Corporate teamsSupporting business development, networking and client relationship activitiesTaking ownership of matters and contributing to the continued growth of the Construction ..... full job details .....
