Construction Site Manager (Heating Pump)

Job Title: Site Manager (Temporary) Location: Near Glasgow Rate: £280 - £300 per day We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading renewable energy specialist for an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of retrofit heating projects across the Glasgow area. The Role: As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth coordination between multiple teams including drilling, mechanical, and fit-out. Key responsibilities include: Managing on-site health and safety in line with CDM 2015 regulations and company procedures Coordinating daily activities across all trades on site Leading site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings Reviewing RAMS, method statements, and construction phase plans Monitoring project progress and managing critical path activities Liaising with resident teams to minimise disruption during works Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within retrofit or residential projects Experience working in occupied properties (MandE and groundwork knowledge desirable) SMSTS (essential) Level 6 NVQ / City and Guilds in Construction Site Management or equivalent (preferred) What s on Offer: Competitive day rate of £280 - CIS Opportunity to work within the ..... full job details .....
