Construction Site Manager

Clearfield Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8 million office-to-residential conversion project in the Bracknell / Reading area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a substantial construction project with a two-year programme of works, offering long-term stability for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the construction site. Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and suppliers to ensure works are delivered efficiently. Ensure all health and safety procedures and site regulations are followed. Monitor progress against the construction programme and report on any delays or issues. Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control. Coordinate deliveries, materials and site resources. Liaise with the Project Manager, commercial team and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and relevant building regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry. Experience managing commercial or residential construction projects. Office-to-residential conversion experience would be advantageous. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Good knowledge of health and safety, quality assurance and construction programmes. Relevant qualifications, including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. ..... full job details .....
