We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a residential refurbishment and conversion project.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering residential schemes, ideally including refurbishment or conversion projects, and managing multiple work packages through to completion.
Key Experience Required
- Residential refurbishment and conversion projects
- Roofing and cladding packages
- Lift installations/upgrades
- M&E coordination
- Internal flat fit-out
- Management of subcontractors and site teams
- Health & Safety compliance and programme management
Requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Strong residential construction background
- Ability to manage multiple trades and packages simultaneously
Desirable
- Hotel-to-residential conversion experience
- Balcony remediation/replacement experience
