Job DescriptionProject Manager (Construction)Venn Group is working exclusively with a London NHS Trust to recruit a Construction Project Manager to successfully deliver Capital Projects within budget and to specific time framesMinimum Salary: £59,500 - £67,900Duration: 18 month FTCHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekLocation: LondonThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing staff and external contractors, analysing on KPIs and SLAsProducing regular reports on project progress and presenting results to key stakeholdersLeading meetings, ensuring appropriate risks, issues and actions are recordedPreparing financial budgets and providing update on management of fundingArranging the appointment, management and monitoring of all professional design teams and consultantsThe successful candidate will have:Degree/Professional
