Project Manager

to join their growing team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive forward impactful, innovative projects that contribute to a more sustainable future. The role can be offered on either a 6- or 12-month contract, with potential for a permanent position.About the RoleAs Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on planning and coordinating project delivery across departments, from design to manufacturing and beyond. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timelines, resources, and expectations are aligned at every stage. This is a varied and collaborative role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projectsLead regular project check-ins, status updates, and progress reportingCoordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and suppliersFlag and resolve any project risks, delays, or dependenciesMaintain accurate project documentation and support post-project evaluationWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience managing projects, ideally in textiles, fashion, sustainability, or physical product developmentConfident communicator with strong organisational and multitasking skillsAble to work onsite in Central London at least 4 days per weekA proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solvingFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Trello) is a plusThe OfferSalary : Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)Contract : 6 or 12 months to start, with potential for permanentLocation : Central London (minimum 4 days onsite)How to ApplyIf you’re a motivated project manager with a passion for sustainability and a track record of getting things done, we’d love to hear from you.
