Construction Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a high-quality, experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage a range of projects for a major client, primarily London based. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that the project is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Lead and manage all elements of the project, including HandS (RAMS/site documentation), resource planning, and subcontractor co-ordination. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and all commercial milestones are met. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any potential issues. Qualifications Proven track record in managing a wide scope of construction projects. Strong knowledge of CDM and best practices. Proficiency in using recognised project management software. Strong commercial and financial acumen required. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
