Contract Workday Financials Implementation Project Manager Location: Remote with travel to Italy (Once per month)Contract Length: 6 Months (initially)Rate: £650 - £700 per day inside ir35Start Date: ASAPEssential Experience: Hands on experience with Workday Transformations The OpportunityWe are supporting a leading organisation embarking on a critical Workday Financials transformation and are looking for an experienced Workday Financials Implementation Project Manager to help drive the programme forward. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in steering committees and produce status reports. We need a hands-on delivery specialist who can roll their sleeves up, tackle challenges head-on, and bring structure, pace, and accountability to a complex implementation. The project requires a strong personality. Someone who can confidently manage senior stakeholders, challenge where necessary, and take ownership of delivering outcomes. We are looking for an individual with a few battle scars from previous Workday programmes who knows how to navigate difficult situations and keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of a Workday Financials implementation programme. Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, risks, issues, and dependencies. Manage internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and third-party vendors. Drive accountability across workstreams and ensure key milestones are achieved.
