Construction Project Manager (permanent position)

Position: Construction Project Manager Office location: Chertsey, Surrey Salary/Package: £ competitive + car allowance and comprehensive package Target start date: October/November 2026 Skilled Careers contact: Mark Dixon (Maidstone branch) The role: Due to continuous project awards across the South East the need has arisen to recruit for a Construction Project Manager to join a key project in the Chertsey area to support the existing project team in the delivery of refurbishment schemes. Key responsibilities: Full accountability for the safe, successful and profitable delivery of a external refurbishment redevelopment in a live operational environment. Leadership and management of the project team, supply chain and specialist subcontractors throughout all project phases. Ownership and control of the construction programme (Asta Power Projects), ensuring phased delivery, stakeholder coordination and uninterrupted club operations. Primary point of contact for the Client, consultants and key stakeholders, chairing progress meetings and producing project reports. Oversight of all construction activities including demolition, civils, structural alterations, extensions, external works and minor internal fit-out. Responsibility for project compliance with SHEQ requirements, driving safety culture, quality standards and environmental performance.
