Construction Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a Facilities team delivering a major industrial construction project within a highly secure manufacturing environment.This client-side role will see you acting as the primary point of contact between the business, external consultants and principal contractors, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a bespoke, technically complex facility supporting critical engineering and manufacturing programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of a large-scale industrial construction project from inception through to completion.Act as the primary client representative, building strong relationships with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.Chair and coordinate project, contractor and consultant meetings.Monitor programme progress, project budgets and key milestones, providing regular updates to the wider Facilities and Project teams.Review construction activities to ensure they meet project specifications, quality standards and programme requirements.Review and approve contractor applications for payment and assess variations.Identify project risks, resolve issues and escalate where appropriate.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Support effective communication between all project stakeholders to ensure ..... full job details .....
