This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project manager with a strong background in commercial interior fit-out. You will take responsibility for managing multiple projects from pre-start through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple live commercial fit-out projects simultaneously.Plan labour requirements and develop project programmes.Carry out regular site visits and attend client meetings.Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.Work closely with the Project Coordinator to procure materials and coordinate deliveries.Identify, prepare and price project variations.Support the preparation of valuations and final accounts alongside the Project Coordinator.Resolve day-to-day site and project issues proactively.Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project.Ensure all projects comply with health and safety requirements and ..... full job details .....
