Assistant Construction Manager / Construction Manager Hotel Fit-Out Project Excellent Day Rate Immediate Start We''re looking for an experienced Assistant Construction Manager / Construction Manager to join a main contractor delivering a high-quality hotel fit-out project based in the West End. With 12 weeks remaining until handover, this role requires a hands-on individual who can take ownership of site activities, drive subcontractors, and ensure multiple floors are completed to programme and the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day site operations Coordinating subcontractors and trades Driving progress across several floors to completion Monitoring quality, health and safety, and programme Reporting into the Project Manager and wider site team Assisting with snagging, commissioning and handover activities Requirements Previous experience working on hotel, fit-out, refurbishment or commercial projects Experience for a main contractor Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to push works through to completion and meet deadlines Valid CSCS Card (essential) What''s on Offer?
