Concierge - Fixed Term Contract 6 Months (Potentially will be extended to 12 Months) Days and Nights (Saturdays 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm, Sunday 2pm to 10pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10pm to 6am) London SW1 Circa 29,000 per annum DOE The View We are seeking an experienced and professional Concierge to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension up to 12 months. This role involves working both day and night shifts at a prestigious residential development in Victoria comprising 126 apartments. This is a traditional concierge position requiring the highest standards of customer service, where you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering a warm, courteous, and professional experience at all times. Your duties will include assisting with luggage and shopping, calling lifts, and maintaining a welcoming presence at reception, as well as liaising with contractors and coordinating with the fire brigade due to ongoing cladding remediation works on site. Given the high-profile nature of the development, which is home to VIPs, Lords, and Ladies, discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.
