Day Concierge

Day Concierge 7am-7pm/9am-9pm 4 on 4 off Vauxhall, London SW8 33,000 + 28 days holiday We are seeking a confident and experienced Day Concierge to be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests at this luxury residential development in Vauxhall. You will be the main point of contact for all queries, be involved in the operation of the concierge desk and monitor the on-site security throughout the day. Duties include but are not limited to, ensuring that the desk is covered throughout your shift, assisting residents, guests and visitors where required, managing deliveries, monitoring all persons within the development and ensuring they have a right to be present, answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries, ensuring that the common parts of the building are kept clear of obstructions at all times, and carrying out any additional duties as directed by your Development Manager. The successful candidate must have a solid proven track record and able to produce excellent employers references. You must have excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills, be IT literate, naturally service orientated and be vigilant, punctual, and have a solid understanding of Health and Safety practices. ..... full job details .....
