The Role
An Ofsted-rated Good secondary school in Dudley is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to join its successful Computing department from September 2026 on a full-time, long-term supply basis.
The successful candidate will teach Computer Science and ICT across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that develop students' understanding of programming, computational thinking, digital literacy, cyber security, and information technology. You will inspire learners to develop practical computing skills while preparing them for success in their GCSE Computer Science qualifications.
Working within a supportive department, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students are encouraged to develop confidence in technology and problem-solving. You will maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement while helping students prepare for further study and careers in the digital sector.

- Hold QTS or be an ECT
