They''re looking for an experienced Composites Manufacturing Engineer who understands the practical realities of manufacturing complex composite components and enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways of doing things. This isn''t a role where you''ll simply maintain existing processes. You''ll have the opportunity to influence how products are manufactured, develop production methods and help introduce advanced composite technologies into a growing manufacturing operation. What you''ll be doing: Developing and improving manufacturing processes for advanced composite components and structures. Creating manufacturing routings, bills of materials, process documentation and detailed work instructions. Supporting new product introduction and taking projects from engineering development into production.
